The Partial Planning Package + Coordination

This package is for couples who can plan parts of their wedding, including invitations, RSVP management, venue sourcing, and has a flexible schedule but wants Magnolia Events to assist with design and décor, offer vendor referrals, and provide insight, advice, unlimited support, and manage the wedding day. This allows Magnolia Events to jump in about 6 months before your special day and go through important items such as timeline, coordination, design, and our wedding day checklist of items that still need to be completed. Our goal is to take the stress off your plate and allow you to enjoy your last few months of being engaged. This package also includes rehearsal.

Month Of Coordination

This package is for couples who have already booked vendors and planned their wedding on their own from start to finish but they need Magnolia Events to execute their plan seamlessly and effortlessly to take the stress off them, their family, and their friends! We call this package month of coordination because we jump in 1 month before your wedding to go over all of the details. We review contracts, do a venue walkthrough, create floor plans, create timelines, and coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible. This package comes with rehearsal the day prior to your wedding day.
